This week’s Muddy Monday feature takes a look at what looks to be an early to mid 1970s Dodge Ram D150 in a seriously deep mud pit. When this Ram dives down into the pit, the walls of mud are up to the windows of the truck but thanks to a serious set of tires, a touch of suspension work and what sounds to me like a big block Mopar V8 – this Ram is able to forge ahead. Now once this Ram gets to the other side of the pit and the time comes to climb up out, things get a little hairy…and very, very muddy.
The fact that the pit is so deep makes it a little tough to see this old school Dodge Ram as it makes its way through the mud but once it gets to the end, we have a perfect view to watch this beast blast up onto drier land. Im a sucker for 1st gen Rams and while nothing is particularly “special” about this truck – I love watching it work its way up out of the pit with the roar of the mighty Mopar V8. Crank up your speakers and enjoy!
