blower motor and power windows dead!
On my 96 ram 1500 Both the power windows and the blower motor fuse block have no power to them. I assume they are somehow tied together Since I put 12v to the blower motor fuse and it worked fine along with the windows. Just cant figure out why they have no power to them. Anyone else have this issue?

I did check the fuses under the hood as well. found nothing related to either the windows or the blower. Wasn't sure if anyone else has seen this or not. Was just going to give it switched 12v from the ignition switch, but would prefer to make it right.

Power windows have a circuit breaker in the fuse block in the truck. Power for that is fed from the ignition switch.
Blower motor has a relay in the PDC. Also, fuse 12 in the PDC. (according to the 01 wiring diagrams...... not sure just how accurate that is for a 96....)
Looks like power for the relay control is also drawn from the ignition switch..... wonder if your switch went bad?

Ok, Ill check that out tomorrow. I read that one leg of the switch controls the heavy accesories, so it could be poss. that the switch is bad. Do you happen to know what wire on the steering columb coming from the switch i could test to see if it has juice? And Thank you for all your help.
