Default Free 2004 Repair Manuals
These appear to be Dodge Shop Manuals in PDF Form. They are for 2004, but I'd imagine they could be used for others.

Is there any major differences between the 2004 Neon SRT and the 2003 Neon SXT? I mean anything that I might need to get the 2003 Manual.

SRT or SXT? For the SXT's, no. Besides, even if so, the manual covers all models.
