i was wiring some fog lights in to my parking lights today and when i went to check them two wires touched and shorted out, but no fuses blew. i have checked and rechecked. my parking lights, and cluster lights are not working. is it possible that something in the switch lever fried and a new one will fix it. my headlights do work tho.
I have one, and it doesnt help. and ive searched all over the place and the problem is always the fuse, in mine its not the case. so if youre going to be a dick dont even post. its not like i have time to mess around because this is my only transportation and i have work tomorrow and will be driving the car at night

I think he was suggesting a manual so you could find the relay and or test it. As for you "searching all over the place and the problem always being the fuse, but it's not in your case," well, you just disproved your own argument. Congrats. Who knows. Maybe it isn't the relay either. Maybe you fried your expensive MFS.

It really sounds like the fuse blew, even though you said you checked it, its highly unlikely that the a fused circuit grounded out and didn't blow the fuse. You checked the fuse box inside the car on the side of the dash right?
why would you run your parking lights into your fogs?
you should have boughten a used (or new) MFS, and done the wiring the right way, the wires for the parking lights are not meant to run fogs too. but im with darth here, it could be the MFS, or a relay but would lean twards the MFS
It depends on where he was tapping into the wiring as to whether or not the fuse would blow. It would make sense that if no fuses are blown that you need to look into buying a new MFS.
