Sounds like air in the system.

Check the coolant level in the radiator (not just the overflow tank).
If it's low, that is likely it... an air bubble passing through the heater core.

this makes sense, since i have had the truck there has been a vacum sound then after it warms up , no more sound.. i had to burp the system twice before replacing the water pump, but after running the heater i remembered the creeking sound. and something clicks on and off while idling about every ten seconds, no idea what that is,,, summer or winter it does that.. thanks so much for your time and input

Coolant flows through the heater core all the time, regardless of whether you have heat 'on' or not... the blend door position dictates heat 'on' or 'off'.
So the gurgle of an air bubble passing through the heater core can happen at any time.

You may also hear the A/C cutting in and out... the A/C will cycle even with heat 'on', as it is taking humidity out of the warm air.
If your low on A/C charge, that will account for a more rapid cycling 'on'/'off' of the A/C, and also a hissing sound just after it cycles 'off'.

ac charged ? lol,, it does make a hissing sound sometimes when the ac is on in summer time and you shut truck off.. the sound is not a water swashing sound, it is more a knocking sound, like a stomach growling, hard to explain, all these suggestions are right on,, if i knew anything it would help.. thanks everyone..

the sound only sounds when the heat is on, if the heater is off or even the thermostat set to cold air it does not do it, it is a loud creeking sound not a gurgling sound, sounds like a frog or something croaking

Host your video somewhere like youtube, or photobucket, then just use 'imbed' code here. (photobucket will provide the code, you MAY just be able to post the URL, and the forums will automagically parse the link for you.)
