Fuse panel diagram
I have recently purchased a 96 1500 pickup 360 4x4. My fuse panel cover doesnt have a diagram for the fuses. I was wondering if someone could send me a picture of one? My stereo blew a fuse and I have no idea which fuse it is. I appreciate any help you can give me! Its an awfully quiet drive!

Don't have a pic, but I'm pretty sure it's a 20amp fuse. Try pulling the 20s one by one and checking them to see if they're blown. You could even use a multi meter to check the posts while they are still in the block by touching the the little exposed posts at the two top ends of each fuse. I think even the continuity beep should work for that.

Welcome to DF
The fuse you are looking for is in spot 7 15amp (blue). For a Diag you can download the Service Manual at the link below and then look in section 8W-10-2 and you will see a diag of the fuse box.

nice truck merc225hp! Mine is the exact same but a regular cab. I'm quite pleased with the performance, its the first dodge I have owned.[/quote]
Thank you, As this is your first Dodge Ram I would like to suggest that you read the first sticky on the main 2nd gen page.
Also get some pics up of your truck.
Last; Please take the time to fill out your sig by clicking on user cp (upper left in the black bar), it really helps when we have the info on hand about your truck and saves you having to type it out every time.
Hope you get your tune's working.

Glad you found the problem. Whatevre you do, make sure the circuit is fused. Easiest way to burn a vehicle down is a non-fused cricuit.
