Check the crank shaft position sensor, when they start going bad they can cause a miss fire. If its the original sensor with lots of miles on it, it would be a good idea to replace it.
i did the dist and roter button still all 8 misfire.. i just bought the truck it has 196000 miles on it .Where is that crank shaft position sensor located?

I'd +1 on this... I had a random misfire issue that start at ~150k... nothing major, just the occasional annoyance... it became more prevalent, and I finally changed it at ~175k... bingo, problem solved.
Any sensor with more than 100k on it should be changed, in my book.
