Default Fuel pump/filter/pressure regulator

Occasionally over the last couple months, my garage has smelled of gasoline. Today was really bad so I pulled the box and had a look at the top of the fuel tank. I found a barbed fitting was broken off, and so a fuel line is just sitting there, open ended. I took photos and then went to the Dodge dealer and they weren't of much help. They gave me a printed copy of what he saw on the computer, but can anyone here help me out? Which part # do I need to order? The hose attaches to the fitting there on the left hand side, but the grommet/plug on the nipple infront of that barb is also cracked and needs to be replaced. The parts guy had no idea where to get that rubber cap either...

I'd just buy a fuel pump... it should come complete with everything.
At the age of your truck, the pump must be close to done anyway.
The round black bit is the rollover valve... that might be separate.

I did some searching and yes, it's the rollover valve that I need. Spillage, thanks for your input.
The $30 rollover valve is separate from the $325 pump. And the rubber plug isn't available separately, so I guess I will need to buy a used one. Although a new pump does come with that plug installed. I've owned the truck since new, and had a new pump on warranty at about 10,000 miles, and I changed the filter at about 90,000 miles. The truck now has 234,000 miles. It still runs and drives excellent. your thoughts?

You can get pumps cheaper (depending on where you are) at the parts store. Delphi, or ACDelco, skip the air-tek...... With that high of mileage, you are probably close (if not passed) the end of its 'safe' useful life. If you have the scratch, replace the whole thing.

So I found a new-in-box OEM Mopar exact replacement pump on eBay. The guy had a buy-it-now price of $300. I offered him $150 and I got it. Pretty sweet. It came with everything except the rollover valve, so I bought a new OEM Mopar one also on eBay for $22. I changed it all today and the job went very well. 1 hour start to finish, including removing and replacing the box/bed. The primary filter on the bottom of the pump was almost perfectly clean. Pretty shocking for a vehicle of this age considering it has never been touched except when the truck was 6 months old. I shined a flashlight into the tank too when I had the pump out of it and the tank looked very clean inside. Anyway, thanks for the advice and opinions here guys; I'm glad to have the piece of mind of a new pump, filter, pressure regulator, rollover valve, etc.

Yeah, we have seen a fair few people reporting missing issues, with the rare-earth plugs... for 99% of them, switching back to a good copper plug, solved the problem.

My truck didn't like the champs, Replaced them with autolites and never used anything else since.
