I'm on my phone but if you Google obd codes you can find those codes. Welcome to the forumm by the way. As far as the stumbling goes, if you just bought it I would recommend a tune up, new plugs, air filter, oil/filter change. Also, the IAC (idle air control) can get dirty and result in uneven idle. You can remove and clean it, also clean the throttlebody while your in there.

Thanks jkeaton for the help i'll tell you a little more of the saga i went to advance auto they looked the code definitions up and didn't have a clue.they could'nt find a listing for a fuel pressure regulator. I went to auto zone ,they put there code reader on the vehicle and got no codes asked me if i cleared them and of course i had not, went to a small independent auto supply store and they had not a clue, they told me to take it to the dealer. i took it to the dodge dealer in the first place they put it on there machine and told me it needed an oil change, tune up and new front brakes which i took care of. this of course did not fix the problem. No wonder folks get so frustrated

Those are just generic codes. Could have came up when your truck engine stuttered. I would pull the air intake and see how clean the sensors look. Also check the battery terminals, and of coarse clear the codes and if they come back dig into it more.
