there was a few made a couple years back. But there is not a kit anymore for our trucks. You can get a kit from airram. com that will let you hook up supercharges for the 4.6 mustangs. You will need to get it custom tuned by SCT tho.

Default EATON M112 on Chrysler 4.7L engine

Our Kit is not completed but it could still be installed and completed by somone with some supercharging experience.

We offer AIR RAM Adapter plates that would allow you to litterally mount the EATON M112 Supercharger from a 2003/2004 Mustang Cobra engine to your 1999-2007 Chrysler 4.7L engine.

All that needs to be done at that point is to have the Snout of the EATON M112 extended to locate the pulley in the correct location. There is an Extension kit available through Magnuson... so thats not too difficult.

After that you will need to work on mounting the throttle body. Basically just modify the current plenum to accept your throttle body.

Then just hook up all the sensors and tune it...

So its not so far from completion... and the hard part (Adapter plates) has already been done.

SPEED SAFE, AIR RAM

There are Kenne Belle and Paxton Novi 10000 blowers floating around for the 4.7L as they pop up on ebay and craigslist every so often. I can't wait for Nick to finish the Eaton/Whipple project. Image the SVT blower wine comming from under the hood of a 4.7L?

Absolutely. Superchargers eat up 30-40% of the power produce, so that 100rwhp is really 140rwhp before the supercharger comsumes that power.

Turbo's are much more efficient. Takes less boost to make the same power as a supercharger.

Centrifugal supercharger 6psi=100rwhp
Turbo 6psi= 130rwhp

The numbers are just for comparison. In no way shape or form are these real numbers. Just figuratively speaking.

I think the above answers your question.
No demand for 4.7L superchargers. You would need to do a custom job and create your own engine mount plate and everything. In the end, it wouldnt be worth it.

4.7L's sufer from overheating issue's and valve issue's. I'd opt to not supercharge one, especially if it were almost 10yrs old.
