High speed vibration

High speed vibration
I recently added new tires and rims to my truck, and also added a high speed 60mph+ vibration. I had the alignment done, tires balance and everything. Then a vibration popped up. So i had the tires rebalanced thinking a weight had fallen off or something. Didnt fix it. I pulled the new rims and tires checked everthing and put them back on with the hub esentric spacers and still had the vibration. Then i had the tires replaced thinking they where bad 305 55 R20s cooper st maxx tires. Rebalanced and drove it again. Still there. So i put my stock rims and tires on and the vibration is almost gone but still there, so i put the new rims and tires back on and its the same as before. Then today as i was driving down the highway someone pulled up next to me and did the hand gesture of your tire is wobbling. I pulled over checked everything and found nothing. Im lost for word, its a 60mph+ vibration in my steering wheeland my steering is real jerky and pulls over the road, which i figured was the wide tires. Has anyone else had vibration issues in a 2014 1500 ram with 30,000 miles.

Got the truck another front end alignment and they let me look at the front suspension with them and everything is mint. Im gonna take them back to discount tire tomorrow and have them do another balance. I did notice they only put weights in the center of my wide *** rim instead of weights on the inner and outter of the back side of my rim. Could this be the problem? Maybe have them put weights left to right instead of front to back in a line.

Went to Discount tire yesterday, talked to the manager and took him for a ride and determined there is a vibration with the new tires as well. They balanced them again and i test drove it with him again no change in vibration. then they did a special dual axis balance took the manager again and vibration is still there. Manager said they will contact Fuel today and talk to them about the rims and maybe free replacement of them, if not they offered me to look at other rims thinking it might just be the style of rims. I have not clue anymore what else to try. I figure with 2 sets of brand new tires on the same rims and the stock rims and tires dont do it, that it must be the rims. Is there really no one else having any vibration problems with aftermarket rims or tires?
