Modified Ram Van's?
#4
Yeah, I-5 Corporation is having a blast with these vans.
Anyone want to build one of these with me?
Seems this forum is full of threads that are based on people having nothing but problems with these vans. Thats a little disheartening. Oh well though, I want to still build one despite this.

I found this on another forum I am on and recieved permission to post the information here. This was done on a 1977 B200, don't know how much of this will help the newer vans. I will post the pics later of the van that was lowered with the following parts:
"1977 shorty B200
'77 upper control arms
'96 Dakota 2" dropped spindles
'78 New Yorker disc brakes with '89 B200 ceramic pads
'92 B300 lower control arms
'77 strut rods
'73 Imperial control sleeves on tie rods
Not much modification necessary. did everything curbside with hand tools..."
When you see the pics the van is dropped a little lower than these I-5 ones but at least this is a start for those whom want a lowered van.
