Pappi, keep an eye on your fluid levels to make sure that the axle isn't leaking a ton of fluid.
There shouldn't be too much damage to the internals unless you drove your car like a race car the entire time. Listen to your motor during a drive. It'll tell you a lot of what's going on inside.

Naw I been easy on her eversince I replaced my oil pan. Thats when the noise started but only in first will the motor knock. I know my trans fluid is low cuz my trans axle seals have been leaking so ima replace both when I find the time.

Yeah, you have to be careful with that seal since there really isn't much that won't rip it. It's a good thing that it's out harms way, but there's always that chance and yours happen to be in "chance's" way, lol. That or it's just so old and dry that it dry rotted enough to crack from vibration.
