Tranny rebuild??

RE: Tranny rebuild??
Taking your stock mounts and filling it with urathane won't be as hard as the inserts or urathane replacements, they are are step softer.
I did a spare set of mine and compared to my stock ones....they do not move as freely as stock and the stock ones move just by placing my thumb and finger on either side of the center and moving it around.
The DIY set will not move by doing that. They will move, barely, with a screwdriver slid down the slot and forced to move.
That's my before and after example for you Custom

RE: Tranny rebuild??
Thanks silver. One last question for you though. Do you think that filling them myself is worth it for what I need them for or do you think it's worth the money to just go and buy them?? And if you think it's better to buy them do you know where I can buy them because im having a hard time finding anything for my car on the net..

I think im eather blind of im missing somthing because I do not see the place that sells the mounts on that link. I see 3 links one that shows you how to do it myself one that is a diagram and another that gives you install instructions? Sorry but im just not seeing where it says I can buy them?? I have been working 16 hour shifts so I might just be over tired.... Thanks
