95 Avenger Starts but sounds like it flooding when put in gear?

Problem Solved
Venge and all,
I thought the distb was bad but it was only one of the problems. The final fix for the problem was a new TPS as Venge had said that could be a problem. So ta da both items were bad. Just amazing to see both of them go out at the same time but what do expect with 187k on a motor and the parts. Knowing me I will also replace the IAC for good measure so I know everything is new in this area. Thanks Venge for the help it is always appericiated. Cools pics on the car you have also.
