Unhappy Code p0441

'98 Dodge Avenger ES with 2.5L V6
Just got this code and check engine light P0441 Evap monitor detects insufficient vapor flow (according to Haynes)
Anybody know how I go about troubleshooting and fixing this ?
I recently (2 weeks ago) had the intake plenum removed to change valve cover gaskets, plugs and leads, any possibility that it's anything to do with that ?
Any info would be welcome, as I'm hoping it's nothing to do with the canister, and means I have to drop the tank..........:O(

I do have a PDF file for code P0441. I can send it to you, by email. The PDF file will ask what body your car is, FJ, not PL that would be a neon.
