I missed the mark what you have circled is the power steering pump I was looking at it on my blackberry and it was too damn small to see

Just to let you know , The problem was that the power steering had not enough fluid in it. Stupid guy that sold it to me sold it without enough power steering fluid and prestone. Refilled those and the car runs great now , No more noise. The only thing is the battery that deplete overnight, Bought a new one and if it still does it I might have a power drain even if the car if off.

Umm checked the trunk by opening my back seat and the light was off. But I still have power now because I used the car alot in the past days. I think its just the battery that cannot hold the charge for a long time.
