The TPS is highly unlikely I've only seen one bad TPS sensor out of thousands of cars.
It's not used at Idle as well

would the tps cause the rpms do come down slowly?

At Idle> NO the IAC runs this

When Driving the Throttle control spring or a bad Cable

I should have said that in my first post. The TPS was replaced 2000 miles ago because the other one was broken.

Also, the IAC wasn't replaced. It was cleaned.

I replaced my EGR valve tonight with a new BWD one. I'm going to go test it out and let you guys know what I find. I started the car and the rpms were still going down slow, so maybe my IAC is bad, too, lol. Thanks for the help so far.
