hi, about a month ago i parked my avenger 98 in my garage backwards to tint the windows. i had the car in power but not tuned on because i was listening to the radio. after i was done. i turned the car on and it started to shake very bad.. like there was a earthquake. when i pressed the gas it would keep going.. but as soon as i let off. the car would start to slowly shut down. this was about a month ago.

- the car has not turned on ever since. i have changed spark plugs, sparkplug wires. distributor, i even have a new oil pump. which i did not put in yet. i also put 98 octain the car car before this problem. but i have used the gas a few times before as well.

- can anyone please help me. i love this car and i want it to run again.. please someone help me.. i am out of luck.

 

Have you charged the battery or jumped it ?
Low voltage can cause issues

 

yes i have. i changed the battery too. even tryed to jump start it. the car will crank. but it will not turn on for some reason. i have no idea why. i have replaced all 6 spark plugs ngk iridium.. and some other stuff i listed above.

my engine is a v6 2.5l auto.

but car still just cranks.. like it wants to start but it cant...

 

Sounds like the CPS to me

 

what is a cps and where is that found?

 

changed that too.. but the car still does not turn on.. now when my brother was installing that. he said the paper or someting was missing..

 

and can u show me pic to just make sure i got the right one.. eh
