What CODE is it sending , With all wires ripped out there should be a code

Throw fluid in , it MIGHT be a hose ect since I have no history , Then you can see if the racks OK or not

The straight control arm that runs parallel to the axle will twist about 20 degrees each way from its vertical position and the curved rear arm will also move about he same amount when the wheels are turning. Time for a replacement???? Take care.
There IS a recall :

So I have been at it all week with the car. The axle cam at 7pm Monday and was in in less than a day just doing this in my spare time. I read somewhere there might be a clip of sorts just before it ends on the trans side. My order came without and there was none on the one that had come out, I almost waited to order one but I found 2 diagrams on a Dodge dealer website and neither showed the clip on the passenger side, so I installed it and it helped SO much. No leaks either! My power steering is leaking about 1 1/2 feet in from the drivers side and right about where the back wheel ends. Any idea if this would be the rack or the hose?? Pump seems to be working somehow. The wires hanging from the o2 sensor are not throwing a code because I still believe the check engine light has been tampered with. I have loose wires under my dashboard that I will post a pic of in just a few minutes. I also am now getting the dreaded A604 limp mode. It happens when it downshifts into second gear. There is a decent shutter and it will not leave second. Should i just replace the tranny, solenoid pack or the computer?? I have read in many cases even a trans replacement has not solved the problem. If you have any input on this issue Mr. Venge I would sure love to hear it. I will be back shortly with the pictures of the disconnected wires. I hope I can finally locate where they should be. Also, new brake light switched fixed my road legality issue. Thanks a mil.

Here are the wires that are questionable. I was not sure if they are factory or not but I am almost certain they are. They seem to be coming from around the computer looking thing in the front drivers side of the engine bay. Is this my transmission computer?? Any help on where these go under the dash would be great. I think I read somewhere you may be color blind so from left to right, they are red, black and white. It looks like the speaker connections are on the end of them.

So the black death avenger is gone...fu*& that thing. As I spent more on it and replaced parts, more just went wrong, supposed to be other way around. i traded for a 1997 that looks way better, has more features and an engine problem instead of a problem with everything else. Now here's my dilemma, I have smoke out of the exhaust sometimes, it can be alot alot or none, it smells like a go kart. I don't know if it is coolant or fuel, I just did a head gasket on a BMW 323i and the smoke it was making and this is making is totally different. My CEL or SES light does not come on at all, even before starting up, must I remove the dash to change a light??
It does idle rough (RPM's are perfect though) and I believe it is misfiring, runs almost like a vacuum line is off.

What should I look at here, should i just take the heads off and look for what everyone will say is a head gasket or cracked head?? What else could make it smell like a go kart??

The previous owners did say the fuel pump, plugs and wires and relays were changed recently which I almost forgot, the fuel pump is LOUD. I am used to the normal, low hum of a pump but this one is not low, it is HIGH pitched.

Just want to know what I should be poking around at. If there is a way to tell if it the head then I am all ears. If it is merely dumping out tons of gas then I would like to know where to start looking. thanks guys!

Is the smoke white or black ?
white is normally coolant , have you checked the coolant level is it staying the same ?
black is oil burning , have you checked oil level is it staying the same ?
Unsure what the smells like go kart means

rough idle can be cap/rotor (those are not listed)? bad distributor? bad EGR ?
I'd try blocking off the EGR on the rear of the manifold and see if it idles correctly
