I use a sponge that is wrapped with a netting. It's used for scrubbing those teflon pots. I use it to remove tough to remove bird crap off the windows and works really well. I don't know what it's called but it works great. Just look for them at the supermarket, in the dish sponge area.

Well, it's similar to a brillo pad, but instead of just bundled up strips of plastic, there is a rectangular sponge in the middle with some sort of plastic(?) netting on the outside. It doesn't cover the sponge up to where you can't see the sponge. Man, this description sucks, lol, sorry guys.

As long as it's just rubber and not caused by metal on glass It may also take a bit of scrubbing to get them off if they are just ground in rubber.
