The 95-96 and 97-00 headlights are different from each other. The fenders, hood, bolts are all the same...just the fascia is different.

It is possible to convert, Bryan. You'll just need the parts from a yard car or buy new parts.

Let me clarify, to convert to a 97+ look, you'll need the front fascia (bumper cover) and headlights...that's it for the front. The rear, you'll need 97+ trunk lid and spoiler (if you like the low profile spoiler), and rear fascia (rear bumper cover) and if you really want to complete the look, swap out the side badging with the 97+ badging...just the wording though, because the 97+ letters are extended into the door and fastened onto the door. The 95-96 letters use double sided tape.

i have the viper kit so is that the front bumper im sorry im not exactly sure what u mean by front fascia i just wanna do the front because i like the headlights and i wanna buy a pair but i guess the question is... is it worth it just for the headlights cuz mine are in pretty decent shap i got them from a seebring in the junkyard but i found headlights that come with hids on ebay and its about 300 all together give or take a dollar when u think bout it 200 for headlights and 200 for hid your saving 100 plus to buy a new set for my year its about 300-400 this is the link for the headlights with hid's.

I believe the body kits are year specific too. So, if you get a 95-96 or 97+ kits, then you will need the corresponding headlights or your will see fitment issues.

That's a good price for the headlights and HIDs btw, although, they aren't going to be cutoff like projection HIDs, but they will provide better lighting. If you get these, make sure you point them down a good bit so as to not get the highbeam flash from oncoming cars.

i belive i got a kit that said 95-00 it was a urethane viper kit and most of the ones on ebay say 95-00 so does that mean i can get the headlights with no problem also it says that the hid system come preassemble to the headlight so does that mean i just plug them in and im good to go?

You may just have to wait until the kit gets to you and do a fitment test.
Those HID kits are installed to replace the halogen bulb, which means that it's mounted and locked in like our halogen bulbs.

The blue replacement halogens give you an even lower visible light. I would suggest sticking Silverstarts or sticking with the HIDs and contacting the seller and see if they have bulbs in the 7000k-8000k range, those are in the blue light range.
