Changed ignition off draw fuse and now fuel pump runs constantly it was a 5amp fuse and I put a 10amp in it's place and now fuel pump runs constantly ran fine until I did this??? Help me please! Just don't tell me I'm stupid for the fuses lol

 

Really it shouldn't be doing that.... (yeah, no kidding....) If you pull the fuse, does the pump stop?
