For the rear use longer spring shackles, you can take out a leaf from the pack. You can swap around the springs. Since its a 4wd put the leafs under the rearend. But this will lower by 5 or 6in way to much usually. You can buy new leaf springs with lower spring rates. Or heat up your stocks and let them sag a little.
For the front you can adjust down the torsion bars. You can only go so much untill you hit bump stops. If you got a v8 you can get v6 torsion bars.
There are lowering kits, for all I know its all 2wd but its worth a look at. Check the FAQ2 in this section there are sevearl lowering kits listed.

I just got done swapping the 8.25 axle on my truck with a 9.25 that came off a 2 wheel drive durango. All I had to do to make it work was measure the pinion angle and weld new spring perches on top. It took less than a day to do the whole swap, so it woudnt be much to get new spring perches and weld them on the bottom of the axle. Just make sure you get the pinion angle correct.
