The first couple of pics are of my '92 that I had and sold to my Grandpa who still has it to this day. The last two are of my '93 that I bought a few months ago. The only thing I have done to the '93 is the grill guard which I took off of the '92.
'92 shortly after purchase

'92 after

After being hit by my neighbor with a moving truck.

I've put on a shell and the grill guard from the '92. I'll post pics soon.

Where did you get the grill guard? There are only a few places with them.

I found the grille guard in the back room of the local Dodge dealership. I was ordering a part and asked them if they happen to have one or be able to order one. I was surprised when the guy told me that he thought he had one kicking around, never installed. Sure enough, a Westin, Powder coated Black grille guard, exactly what I wanted. Have never regretted that purchase since ($200).

And I snapped a picture of my HS 1.7s while I had the valve covers off today.

And I had them off to install new MOPAR valve covers.

They're great. The dynos I've seen show they add about 10-15 RWHP and I believe it. Everyone says they help the lowend out, and while the extra lift does help a bit, the top end is where they really shine, especially combined with the M1. They also helped out the MPG a bit.

Before.... Used to have the dumbo ear's side mirrors, this was the oldest picture I have of the truck (just after the first air ride setup)

After...

The only thing I may put back to stock is the tail-lights, other than that I like it LOTS of work involved, the interior isn't completely finished but almost there...
