Just the bars themselves.
The best thing to do is go to a junkyard and grab the pair out of v8 dakota. You will want to be sure to get a matching pair from a truck cause they will be more likely to have the same spring rate and be equally settled. I can tell you from personal experience you don't want two bars that are not equally settled.
Once you have the bars, you need to jack up the front of the truck to get the wheels off the ground and run the key bolts all the way out, but be careful on that last turn when the bar unloads itself. The is a tool you can get (a heavy duty c-clamp type tool) to use for unloading the bars, but it is expensive and may not be necessary.
Once you get the new bars in, you will need to level the truck and then get the wheels realigned.

For me when removing the stock bars, the adjustment bolt had a good inch left of thread when the bar was loose enough to pull out. But not all are the same. And now for me with the lift keys it would snap out on the last threads.

Yes sir. The debadged look is nice. I've seen some of Foose's cars around and they will make your neck snap when you see one. I mean you see his cars on OverHaulin' but you wonder if they are as nice in person as on TV. And I'll have to say they are nicer than TV.
