got a annoying buzin sound

ok i have a 1989 dodge dakota 4x4 when driveing it it makes this weird like buzzing sound its buzzed since i bought the truck last year and dont know where its coming from or what it is if anybody can help id greatly apprieacte it untill then ill just crank the tunes..lol

Well are trucks do have buzzers so yours could possibly be f*cked up because its only supposed to buz when you open the door or leave something like headlights on and pull the keys out

If its like a door chime(buzzer that goes off when the door is open) try sticking your head beneath the dash. There will be a bulb looking fuse on the panel if you pull it the noise should stop. Or if you have a(or had a) security system ive heard them freak out when they go bad.

Does it do it with the radio off? Lot of times you can here the alternator thru the speakers when the radio is on.

it does it when i had no radio in it and its not the buzzer i pulled that out i got tired of it going off for my sealtbelt because its out of a older dakota it doesnt have the wires like the original did i dont know how to explian the noise but it is annoyin and i cant find locate where its coming from

i had my friend search my cab while i was driving in order to try to locate the noise he searched the upper portion of my winshield and found a spot where it leaks so imm gonna try to fix it and see if it stops buzzing

Get a stethoscope and search for it that way. It is a near impossible feat to diagnose it online if its not the cab buzzer.

ok i took out my black weather strip in my windshield and resilconed it back in the buzzing sound stoped so thanks for trying to help guys!
