Will it all interchange?**update new questions**
Hey guys so a guy that i work with has a 95 dakota almost identical to mine except his is a stick mines auto other then that all same reg cab short bed 3.9 etc. Well he managed to blow the motor and said if he cant fig out a quick easy way to get it working again he would sell me it (for parts) for $100. And since my fuel pump is goin, my coil is, my left whole side(fender door and bed) are dented i could use alot of parts. i just wanna make sure it will all interchange SPECIALLY THE FUEL PUMP!!!! mines a 94 btw. thanks guys and if anyones local and wants what left when im done let me know.

If you do end up going that route, all you need to do to your engine before dropping it in is put the pilot bearing and pilot bearing sleeve into the crankshaft and swap your flexplate for the other dakota's flywheel. Then it's just plug and play! I changed my truck from an auto to a manual earlier this year and I love it! If you like to drive a manual, it makes a big difference having one on these trucks!

Alright so its official went to the guys house today he said he is almost positive it dropped a valve not sure how common it is but anyways i want to know before i go any more forward is there anything special about pullin my engine and dropping it into his other then swapin the flexplate to the flywheel clutch and pressure plate? I have pulled engines dropped trannys and pulled engines and tranny so i know how to pull them just some are special ya know. thanks guys.

Like I said, you need the pilot bearing sleeve that fits into the end of the crankshaft and that should be all you need besides the flywheel clutch and pressure plate you listed.
**EDIT** Oh, and you need grade 8 bolts like pictured... for the exact size, read through my transmission swap thread**
This is the pilot bearing and sleeve:

As you can see, without that sleeve, the pilot bearing won't fit into the end of the crankshaft, and the auto trucks don't have that sleeve in them.
