Tracked down 90% of all wiring grounds and cleaned the metal with a steel brush. Now everything should work better once I get a new battery.

Finally went out and Heli-coil'ed the caliper bolt threads.
Just got back from buying new caliper bolts.
Throwing all that back together.

Most likely, need to take a tire in tomorrow, it's got a leak around the bead.
THAN, it's fluid leak check time. And than, test drive time.

Lol. You can say that again!

I lowered the hood today for the first time in like a year. The support rod is bent, haha!
Removed the cowl at the base of the windshield (plan on relocating my oil filter to the firewall).

Something such as:
http://www.summitracing.com/search/P...6/?Ns=Rank|Asc

Only You pretty much have to substitute the fittings that come with it, for much more expensive 90 degree SWIVEL fittings for the filter adapter side. (like http://www.summitracing.com/search/D...?Ns=Rank%7cAsc)

The reason you need the other fittings is because there isn't enough space between the fittings and the frame. (I already have an adapter, but it's mounted on the passenger side inner fender)

That's not a bad idea cause the oil filter locations on these trucks are a PITA.

I had the engine oil cooler when it was 2wd. The setup was pretty much the same. I wanted to get the relocation kit because on the 4wd it is a tight space for the filter and spacer.

Went to WalMart and got the tire leak fixed.
Threw everything back together. Went to fire her up... and she only turned over once. Took battery to Autozone, and, basically, don't underestimate the need for CLEAN battery terminals.
Got back home, and she started up perfectly.

Brakes are still mushy, I don't have any friends free at the time to do a 2-man bleed.
Rear of the truck was jacked up, with the front wheels on the ground, so haven't been able to move the steering wheel and re-test the pump/gear box. (Probably go out later today and do that).

Also learned that you need the "Vehicle Lamps" fuse in the PDC, for the tach to work. (I removed it previously, I believe because the brake lights were always on)
