replaced my old dry rotted plastic clutch line with a5ft of fuel line as a tester. so far it has held up very well. i thought it would have exploded right away but it didn't.

Spoke a little too soon.
Right after I typed this, went out to move it, and it barely started. Went to start it again, and you could hear the relays barely clicking, and maybe the starter clicking sometimes (like it's not getting enough juice).
Gotta pull the starter, and check wires. Charge the battery, etc. Ugh.... never ending.

Poor James!

After getting the 2nd Vechicle this month I've only driving the truck once a week. I killed the battery by leaving on a light on all week. I went to start it up and nothing! So I Couldn't pull it out too. Charged up and all good.

its one of those knock on wood situations...

my battery is less than a month old and it died do to leaving my alarm(best buy replaced it free of charge after the theft) but since i dont have anything of value in it i took the battery out and put it on trickle charge.

oh and by the way i get my license back on may 7th so everyone stay off the sidewalks...lol

Well I figured out I can fit 33's on my bone stock Dakota with very minimal trimming. Granted I don't have a bed so that helps. I will try to post of pics of the trail beater later. Going out this weekend to flog the truck some more, for some reason if I baby it I break lots of stuff but if I run it hard I rarely break anything other than dentin body panels.

Decided it was time to fix a few things, so I put the Dakota in the shop before the rains came.

Got to work on it a bit this afternoon. The job is to swap out the old 15 gallon fuel tank and replace it with a 22 gallon that I bought some time back. Started hosing down bolts with PB Blaster and taking a few things loose. I need to get some fuel vent lines and clamps.

Hopefully I can complete the fuel tank swap completed tomorrow.
