Leaf Spring Bushings
I know, I'm posting a noob question, so flame on...
Does anybody know if these will fit our trucks...
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ENS-5-2113R/
It specifies as being for a 2nd gen, and I looked it up and 1st and 2nd gens have different part numbers for the leaf spring bushings, but how different could they possibly be?!?!
I'm asking because I'm going to get new shackles to help in lifting the back of my truck and I figured I may as well replace the rest of the bushings at the same tims. That, and I want to replace them with polyurethane bushings. If anybody knows of any 1st gen specific polyurethane leaf spring bushings, please post the link!

IMO... I would find a set of rubber bushings. I got those poly bushings for sway bar links for my truck and ZJ and they are all shot after 2 years in the elements and had to replace them. I will personally never use poly again. I still have stock 17yo rubber on my upper control arms on the ZJ and still look great. Now the lower poly bushings on my ZJ already show signs of needing to be replaced and they are 1 1/2 years old.
My suggestion is that www.napaonline.com usually has dimensions of their parts. See how close the 2 gens are, that is if they do.
Or go to autozone for regular bushings and get a caliper and take some measurements.

Also, I got a set of HYDRO 7000 shocks which come with poly's and the poly's just fell out of the shocks. It sounds real nice when you're on a 2200 mile trip and the shock bushing falls out and you have to listen to that clunking till you can replace them.
Ok, new question... Does anybody know if these will fit our trucks...

Or if not, does anybody know of other shackles that will? I'm looking for shackles that are 2+ inches longer than factory.

Well technically they would lower a factory truck. Remember that the shackles go upward on a 4x4 factory setup so a longer shackle would drop the truck, but I'm going to do a shackle swap with a 2wd, so my shackle will face downward. Then a longer shackle will lift the truck.
