Any options for a fuel kill switch?
My friends car got stolen right beside my truck a few nights ago and Im wondering how hard it would be to make a kill switch to cut the power to the fuel pump?
I would think tapping into the fuel wiring which supplies power to the pump would not be too hard? Maybe under the fuel/replay box under the hood in the engine bay?

Hey shadowthedakota. Why do I need a replay? Would a switch not be deficient enough?
Bwdakrt from dodge-durango was saying "Don't know if your '93 is the same as the Gen III trucks, but look for a grey connector plug beside the PDC under the hood with a single brown wire leading down to the starter. Splice the switch into the brown wire and that will kill the power to the starter."
Is this wiring setup on our year of truck too? Might be a another way of doing a disable.

it depends on where you put the switch. if you do what i did and wire it between the fp relay and the fuel pump depending how far away it is the added relay help keep resistance in the wiring(in other words you won't burn out the switch to fast). I learned that lesson the hard way and almost set my truck on fire. if you place it in that (brown? i believe ours is pink) wire to the starter then it should be fine to just put a switch in.
but make sure you put the correct amp switch in...

I think your right about the pink wire. I need to verify that it is correct though lol. I think I might do that, put a switch in there where the starter wire is. And a high amp switch that is not illuminated.
I was hoping to connect to a 12 guage wire system so I dont have to run large anything larger through my truck. So if its the wiring that carries all the power to the starter, that my not be my best option.
