Does the 94 Ram share the same throttle body opening as the Dakota? Saw a post about CAI for later model Daks., but can get no cross for the 94 Dak. but there is one for the 94 Ram.

 

My searches show the same part numbers. The mount is 5 1/8" for each.

 

Yes the TB is the same. The intake will fit but who knows if it works with the rest of the truck. I always wondered why no one has tried the 2nd gen intake systems.

 

for 30 bucks Im gonna a lot better than the k&N at the zone for 128.00, Ill let you all know. HMMM bet the throttle body of the gen 2 will be the same also remembering and looking at pics of my 2004, G-D rest its soul, wherever it is.

 

The airhat base size (5 1/8") is the same on all FI Magnum engines which includes the V6 and the V8 engines.

 

Cool Im going to order one to fit the later model dak. For the 30 bucks I cant go wrong. The K&N air cleaner with online discount plus my latest purchase which gives me another 20 bucks off is $85.00. If it will fit the 89 v-6 also I can get two for less than one and its got to help breathing.

nice. ive been wanting to do this also but i planned on using a stock air intake from a 2nd gen first in case there needed to be some mods to it to make it fit or work right. but cant wait to see how it goes for you!
