I have a DIY for Rams, but the procedure is the same:

Just out of curiosity, what is the purpose of lifting a 2wd? I can see lifting my 4wd because I always get my *** end stuck in mud when going through ditch like terrain, and need that extra clearance. But I don't imagine you're doing too much off-roading in a 2wd.

For me when I had my 2wd the purpose for lifting a 2wd is to get it taller. I didn't like the look of a 2wd where it looked like it was already lowered. I didn't want to pretend it was a 4wd by lifting just to look better.

You can also do a spring over axle swap. But this will add around 5 inches of lift just for the back. After a SOA swap, you can use lift blocks. Sizes are available from 1 inch - 6 inches.
You can get air shocks too. These are not air bags. So you don't need an on-board compressor.

And I've put my 2WD through more than I've seen most 4x4's get through. The 4x4's got added weight of a transfer case, extra diff, etc. A 2WD doesn't sink as fast. Only downfall is you have to be pulled out if you get stuck. But chances are good that if the 2WD has to be pulled out, so does the 4x4 because it got stuck first.
