Default Best All Terrain Tires?

I just got a new-to-me '93 Dakota and am trying to figure out which tires to get to replace what's on it right now (255/65R15). I'm down to 4/32 on all four tires and am planning to replace them at some point before the snow this winter. I want a studded tire and plan to have the studs pulled at the end of winter to use all the time at that point.
I've been researching tires the past week and thought I'd ask for some help from y'all. I live in the Northwest (Seattle *LOTS of winter rain*), ski a few times a week throughout winter but also use my truck to go to and from work Mon-Fri as well. I'm leaning towards something around 31x10.50-32x11.50.
What would you recommend based on all that information? Oh, the other thing is I'd prefer to stay in the $600 range, if possible.
Thanks guys.

I've been more than happy with my TreadWright Warden AT's. They can't be studded but are available in an ice and snow style.

One more thing I just thought of:
Will I need any sort of modifications other than a lift going to a tire that's 1.5 inches wider then what I'm on right now such as spacers?

A/T idk too much, but my friend had them on his ram last winter and we used it for getting around for our snow removal business. Only got stuck once, in bumper high snow when we high centered the axle. No complaints from me.
Also, if you have a stock height dakota they say yu can't go above 30" tires. I have 31x10.50's and they're snug. Idk about a 32x11.50. Also realize the stock rims I believe are 6" wide, and technically even a 10.50 is too wide for that rim.

I don't think it's stock height. It sits higher than any other "stock" Dakota 4x4 that I've seen and already has pretty wide tires at 255/65R15. I think the wheels are off a full size ram along with the bumper on it. I guess I could measure them and see how wide they actually are...
I measured the distance from fender to tire with what I've got now and I'm looking at 3'' of room on either side of the tire and 8'' from the top of the tire at this point. That's why I think I might be able to stuff a 32'' tire in there and if not I'm willing to do a little cutting on the fender and put in some flares to make it work.

I can't vouch for them in the snow since I'm still waiting to test them out in it but. BFG All Terrains have been a pretty good tire for me since I bought the truck. Threw them on their a few months after I bought it and its seen everything but snow and ice. I haven't had any traction issues that weren't cause I was 4x4ing in 2wd lol.
I've had heavy rain, plenty of highway, lots of city, and alot of off roading on them. I'm pretty satisfied with them, but again I don't know how they'll do in the middle of winter. I've heard they do pretty good though, plenty of sipes all of which are nice and deep.

i have dick cepek's but i live in Fl lol. though i have taken it to NC last winter but not on my current tires. i am riding on 31 10.5 15. the tire is to wide for the stock rims. for that size tire a 8inch wide rim would be recemended

The BFG TA's are good for street to mild terrain. But just like any all terrains they are not great once things get tough. For me they wore WAY to quickly. I will never go back to them.
