1996 Lift kit
hey i had the same problem except mine is a 95 2wd v6 but what i did was i flipped the preaches in the rear and then i went to the junkyard and got jeep XJ front coils and they will work you just need to cut the very top off because the jeeps have a tighter top coil ( basically it doesnt line up with all the rest of the coils) and that gave me like an inch or 2 in the front ... but what i figured is if i want any more then that i will need a bigger spindle to allow the A-arm to sit lower
awesome. That doesn't sound too hard then. I did find a leveling kit for it and a lift for the rear end. But then I would be back to the same problem. The leveling kit is just the blocks that you put on the coils. I am iffy they work very good. Can I see a picture of your truck?
Here's a pic of my truck. Granted, it's 4 wheel drive but how I have it lifted should work for yours too. 2" body lift and 2" rear blocks.
