<p>Even better. Easy job for the gasket. What could cause the hot and lean running? By the time i get done this will be a brand new truck in an old body.

o2 sensors... they are new arent they? they need to learn.. ALSO when u did change them did you disconnect battery to clear computer so it could relearn properly..

i wouldnt worry to much tho .... if they were black or saturated with oil i would worry , or if they were SOLID white i would worry

if you want to double check a quick check on plenum... take breather top off open throttle full and flash a light down there if you see oil pooling .. problems arising ..

Did disconnect to reset the computer, yes. I will check the throttle for oil pooling, and replace the cover gaskets. I also have no idea how long those plugs have been in, but its definitely the next item on the to-do list since I will be replacing the cover gaskets. Just starting to get time to do all of this. Took a 100 mile trip right after I replaced all the things above I am getting a definite change(for the better) in how my truck is running. Cant wait until it is all done, if ever.
