Have you had problems with AutopartsWarehouse?
I ordered the part their site told me was for my vehicle, a Ram50. When it came it wasn't even a close fit. Now they want me to pay for shipping it back, won't give a full refund and claim I ordered the wrong part not even addressing the fact that their site told me it was the "OE fit" part I thought I was ordering.
Anyone else get this run around from them?
Just found a consumer affairs page on them using the same tactic. seems to me this is the business model they are using.

I searched online for other people "complaints about Autopartswarehouse" and found thousands. I think there are a lot more. I filed a complaint with BBB and they had at least a dozen companies who sold through APW on their list in Illinois. (I used their return address) One guy's complaint on Epinons said there were 360 or so complaints when he filed and a couple months later when he came back to update the post there were 580. They also have multiple websites under different names here is a list that guy compiled;
ALL OEM PARTS, INC.
thepartsbin.com
autopartswarehouse.com
Car-stuff.com
racepages.com
speedyperformanceparts.com
All OEM Volvo Parts.Com
Autopartswarehouse
Parts Bin, LLP
Race Pages
The Parts Bin
The best I can determine is its a crapshoot if you will get the right part and the level of quality it will be, even if you deal with a person on the phone when ordering. If you have to use them print screen every page you use in the process oif using their site as "you ordered the wrong part" is their go to move. If you have to use them print screen and save every web page on their site that you use. The only person who said they got a full refund was someone who had all that and emails in which they admit to sending the wrong part.

I just heard back from the BBB in Chicago. They tell me the company is outside their service area. I suspected that the return merchandise location was separate from the selling location but did not know.
They forwarded my complaint to the San Jose Ca BBB. I assume they determined the location of the sales management offices is in the Bay Area.
I'll post again when I hear from them.

the issue with the BBB is they have no power to do anything, all they do is send a letter asking for a response, if they don't respond they get a negative rating, you still get shafted. Best thing is contact your credit card company and tell them what is going on, they can do a fraud claim against them

I used to own a business, I had a good rating with BBB, but they told me they couldn't do anything, I always responded when there were issues (I had 2 one was customs stole their stuff, the other they bought a used part and complained it wasn't in a package inside the box I shipped it in)
