seat belts
Got them today the box was beat to hell. I think the 8 inch sleeves are too small. I must have measured wrong or been too tired. They should be 12 inch to get close to stock which is 13 inches to the base of the buckle then the length of the buckle. Apparently they count the length of the buckle in the length of the web. I just realized they count the whole thing as 8 inches. They are not as one would logically assume talking about the length of the web. I was going to purchase 12 in webs but now I see I was not given what they sold me and will insist they make it right. 8 inches of web with the anchor and buckle at the end of them would be less than the 13 inch of web of the OE buckle but probably workable. The guy on the phone was a tool to work with. He kept talking about special orders blah blah blah about it as if he did not hear a thing I said with a pretense of being very coinfused. I hung up and used the email form. IDK if the guy on email went home or what I got a read receipt form my last email but no response.
Edit
I just had an idea and looked at the anchor point for the over the shoulder part and it is a rinky dink piece of junk with a 3/8 x 1 inch bolt sticking through it and no way possible to use the proper OE bolt! I gotta say these guys at seatbeltplanet seem rather shady to me. I've sent an email expressing my discontent. I'm not hopeful.
Where did all the honest people go? The picture which is one of the pics showing the harness on the page I bought it pretty clearly shows a 1/2 bolt and hole. This thing seems like the whole triangle is less than half the size of what that picture shows. The bolt is fixed in the hole with some sort of washer it isn't separate like the picture shows either.

I just sent them back. He ignored most of what I said in my emails and offered to make new buckles no charge. I reminded him again that the shoulder strap anchor point would not work and he gave me an RMA with no return label. I asked for one and he gave me a read receipt but no reply. That is the game they play on the phone too. They ignore most of what you say and try to steer you by focusing on things they think they can control.
So instead of the $13.45 it cost them to ship it to me I had to pay $23.93 to ship it back. In the email I sent to give them the Tracking number I pointed out they owed it to me since the item I received was SNAD but I won't hold my breath.
I found a dealer in Tx who sold me the one they had (right color too boot!) for $115+ shipping and another guy who had one in the right color for $188 + $15 shipping.
The correct part number for the 94-96 regular cab seat belt(same both sides) is 5DB44RAZ EDIT 10-15-16 Part number for Buckles for bench seat L inner F959raz R inner F958raz They are discontinued but you can find them if you sepnd the time and make a lot of calls. as of Oct 2016.
The bucket seat buckle is 1-0F619RAZ left inner. Found out the hard way by buying it. If you need one I have it $100+shipping. The passenger buckle is the same format but I think the digits are different.
If you want to be exact give a dealer the last 8 of your VIN and they will tell you your part number and OE color. Light Grey is apparently 'Quartz' at Dodge.
Thanks for the help anyway Ralph. EDIT- Got the credit he didn't refund my shipping costs. I have the new OE seatbelts in and the new to me trim I took out of a 95. I got one for $141 shipped and the other for $203 shipped. The hard part is finding the buckles with good plastic. Dealers want the same price for the buckle they do for the belt and retractor. $245ish! Edit- Received the shipping costs in mail by check 9-30-16
