To get the screws back in I used a super magnetized long shaft phillips. Worked pretty well. I did loosen the upper grill screws so that the grill could pry upward and used a ratchet handle to kinda open up the gap between the bottom of the grill & the bumper. Didn't have to loosen up the bumper tho.

Heh. I had to change my bulbs recently (side note: The Korean made Hella bulbs are not as good, even with the extra wattage, as the Osram/Sylvania SilverStar Ultras.)
I used the nitrile glove I wore to handle the bulbs as the filler to put the screws back in; they made the screwdriver snug enough that they didn't fall off on my.
