While you're on line, check and see what pops up for a Bishko-printed Mopar-part numbered Chrysler Factory Service Manual on Ebay; a PDF or printed copy from RockAuto; or even order from Bishko books directly (at full retail; I'd put it the last on the list.)

It'll have the suggested maintenance intervals and what to do at all of them.

I'd presume the previous owners were not prompt at doing them.
