Well, since we're not there, all we can offer is "Alignment".

There are bushings that, if they fail, will tend to make such leaning worse - specifically, the control arm bushings.

But an alignment attempt will have the aligner telling you what's totally screwed.

Maybe a long shot, but has anyone towed the truck, say stuck in the mud or snow lately? If so, did they hook the chain to the center link? Seen that happen one time to a van stuck on a construction site. Other then that, if you dont see anything loose.... I too would be heading to an alignment shop.
Good luck and let us know what it was.

if your a dyi'er...do a suspension check for worn parts....replace any worn parts...then get an alignment. first thing the shop will do before an alignment is...check for worn parts...can't align with worn parts.

You're saying this to a guy who confuses a PCV breather for a EGR valve ...

No, he needs to get someone who knows what they're doing look at it.

Looks like the bottoms wore at an angle.

Is this 4x2 or 4x4? All the above comments make sense, it's odd though that the angle is consistent from one side to the other unless someone has made some driveway adjustments.

Best to have an alignment shop take a look at it and tell you what the problem is.

Also, is there a tire in your front seat?
