But the parts lists (downloadable from the FAQ here) sure do! And the proper part numbers to convert to the sealed beams.

Why to convert to the glass faced headlights instead of plastic headlights? Clear glass instead of yellow, cloudy plastic headlights?

I tried to convert 2 94's and a 95 to the 87 to 91 sealed beam lights, and couldnt, without changing the core support and hood to the earlier trucks, because the sealed beam light buckets do not fit the 92 and up core support, and, putting a 90 core support next to a 93 core support, they are totally different.

I'm starting to think instead of you being arrogant you're just trolling. Either way, neither will get you far here.
Guess, what, i did your google truck search, just as you suggested, and every pic that came up of the 92 and newer, ALL had the composite lights. But, after owning almost 20 of these trucks over the last 25 years, and doing all my own work on them, i think i have figured out what works with what.

Eexcept you haven't

Exibit a:

Exibit b:

Both are 91-96 trucks. No need to change the grill. Looks like you have a lot to learn still.

Here is one of my 2 91's, this one with composite headlights, that i tried to do the headlights swap on:

Using the lights and grill from this 91 parts truck that i had:

And, the parts were NOT interchangable. If you have sealed beam lights, even for a 91, the grill is flat, and doesnt have the curve in it. FYI, the red truck is a major hybrid, since it is registered as a 91, and its build date is dec 90, which makes it a 91, but, 3/4's of its parts are from a wrecked 89.

That lifted red truck is a 90. Not a 91. There are no flat grills on a 91 titled truck. Look at the links I posted. I'm done replying to you. You're either very arrogant or youre failing at trolling. Either way you look very stupid arguing with facts.

And, so far, i haven't actually seen any "facts". just someone saying they made fleet trucks with sealed beam headlights, and a couple of parts listing from a site known for saying whatever it takes to sell parts. My brother works for a dodge dealer, and, he just looked it up in their system, and they also only show composite headlights for the 92-96 trucks.

The red truck is a 91 with an 89 front clip, and ford axles. It was a custom build that the guy ended up not paying for, so, i bought it from the shop that built it.

Well that would explain why the parts didn't swap over. Herp derp.

Well, let's look at the parts lists from the FAQ - the PDFs of the official Chrysler Parts Lists that showed what part numbers were back in the 90's.

(You can download it from here - I'll be MORE than glad to even give you the page identifiers in my discussion here!)

For 1990 (parts list is 1990-1993), in figure 7-200, it shows the grill as Bright 4482545, Black 4482624, Argent 4335140 .

For 1991-1993, figure 7-250, it shows Bright 56003352, Blue 5BB76KC3, Light Argent 56003380, White 5BB76KW7, Black 5BB76KX8, Emerald Green 5BB76MGF. For Red 1991-1992 is 5BB76KE4, 1993 is 5BB76MR4. For Dark Silver, 1991 is 5BB76KS7, 1992-1993 is 5BB76LS7. (Why the different part #s on red and Dark Silver? They changed how the "DODGE" looked on them, most likely. But they all fit and swap.)

And here's the killer - page 8-1700 shows BOTH headlight designs, AND THE PROPER PART NUMBERS, for 1991-1993. Including the non-aero (halogen, 4666 sealed beam) and the aero (plastic with 9004 or 9007 bulbs) bezels.

biggman100 - As I said, it could easily be something like 95% of the trucks are Aero, even though a LOT of fleets didn't pay the price for it ... but to claim that a 91 grill didn't fit a 94 smacks more that you either got the year wrong, or as mentioned, you're trolling.

You might as well claim all 1988s were V6 because out of six you've touched, you've never seen a 4 cylinder 1988.

I have the original front clip, minus the right front fender, that was damaged when the red truck was hit, which is how it ended up at the shop that did all the work to it.
