before swap, my truck would start right away. First thing in the morning it was a rough idle so I would turn it off and restart it and idle is nice and smooth. Catalytic converter is making noise so not sure if it's clogged or if this the reason.
But after the swap my truck has difficulty starting and maintaining a good idle. Compressor is not seized, spark plugs are good, and it's getting fuel. Relays have been swapped and still same symptoms.
Only thing I touched was the compressor, the lines, dryer, and the ECU to get the ac lines off
Other than that that's all I did.
Any idea?

As stated 600 is where its supposed to be at. You basically hard reset the computer and everything is happy. My truck only idles at 1k in the colder months for maybe 30 seconds then begins to drop.
