Hi all, does anyone know if the throttle cable from a 94 3.9 v6 auto will fit a 93 ? Or does anyone have one new or 2nd hand that I can purchase ? Many thanks in advance.

Go to a site like Mopar Parts Giant, and compare part numbers on the two different year trucks.

 

Thanks, ive checked the numbers and they are different but no one seems to be able to supply one for the 93 ! Any help appreciated .

 

I've done some searches and the 93 TV Cable does not come up. I have two ideas. 1. Remove the one you have and measure it 2. talk to a dealership parts department.
I really do not think the motors change enough that they altered a part like the TV cable.

 

Thank you, the only problem is we dont have a dealer network in the UK, I think I will measure it and if its roughly the same length order the 94 from Rock Auto ! Many thanks Trev.

 

I think you can probably email a US dealer to ask.
OK just found this. It was bugging me that the info is so hard to find IDK if it is the right one but #1 seems to be it. It is 'currently unavailable' but there is a part number which hopefully can get you info on whether or not the 94 cable will work
