Default missing on start?

I just went to the grocery and when I started to come home it acted like it is missing. Maybe even more than one cylinder. As I revved it and rolled through the lot it finally came up to running right. I'm letting it cool before I check the oil. How do I diagnose what the problem is if it has enough oil?

Edit- 1994 3.9 Magnum

1994 3.9 I did not notice any dash lights. When the sun comes up I will check the oil and start removing plugs to see what they are doing.

OK. cyl 2 plug was clean. When the plug boot came off cyl 4 it left the connector behind. The plug had oil on it. Cyl 6 plug was also oily. Cyl 5 plug was oily. Cyl 3 plug was oily. Cyl 1 boot came off leaving the connector behind. Plug was oily. By oily I mean at the bottom thread, the tongue(?) and post was dark but no build up.
I deduce from that that the wires are a problem if not the problem. Those were the spendy 8mm wires from RA. Anyone have a store bought recommendation? The wires won't slide in the boot so I can't repair them. Seems like that was the tuneup that won't stop giving.

o'Reilly's was closest. I did not specify past the vehicle and they were $52 lifetime guarantee.
Got home none of them were the same length, short by inches, as the ones I had which were as short as possible. Went back, they had to order new ones, got a refund.
Went to AZ, 2 more blocks, got their limited lifetime (as long as you own it) guarantee wires. They fit it runs like I stole it again. $42 It had an extra coil wire slightly shorter in it too.
Found out they also sell cut them yourself wire kit for $27 same guarantee.
I used dielectric grease on them this time. I think this may be a new "standard" for quality to get us to buy more. When I removed the rest of the wires two more connectors broke free. Oh yea the oil level was fine.

Awesome. At least it was a relatively/easy fix.
