I also need to do the Plenum upgrade on it as well, even though I am not showing any signs of leaking.

I'm going with the stock champion plugs per hydrashocker recommendation.
Is there any concerns with changing the plugs while the engine is warm, not HOT. I've got 2 hours to kill at my sons soccer practice tonight, was going to change them out then. I'd let the engine cool for about 30 minutes and then do the change.
the only concern about doing plugs on a warm or hot engine is burning yourself, if its cool enough to touch go to town, just be careful not to overtighten bc as everything cools off more everything will contract some causing tightening
