Default 1999 o2 senser question

I need some help with this one. I have about $1500 invested into this problem and it still does not work right. Replaced all o2 sensors 3 times because the mechanics keep telling me they are burnt up, even the dodge dealer couldn't figure it out. Replaced the converter. Here are the codes:
P0131 o2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 1
P0132 o2 sensor circuit high voltage bank 1 sensor 1
P0137 o2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 2
P0138 o2 sensor circuit high voltage bank 1 sensor 2
P0141 o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2
P0171 system too lean bank 1
whew!! That's alot. The last one makes me wonder if there is some kind of vacuum leak. After replacing the o2 sensors it ran ok for awhile (100 miles or so) before the engine light comes back on. Should i clear the codes and start over? I am up for trying anything at this point. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Time for a new PCM? Could be the o2 controller in the PCM is bad... Try one from a junk yard and see if the codes stay away...

trace all the o2 wires and see if any are burnt or frayed. I personally don't think it is the PCM

Here some things to look for, coolant sensor out of calibration, fuel pressure out of specs, engine mechanical problem and upsteam 02 sensor heater defect.

First things first, did you check your plugs? If the plugs are fouled then your o2 sensors will pick up on the unburned fuel which will tell the pcm you are running rich. The pcm will lean out the fuel. When an engine runs lean the exhaust temp is way too hot. This is probably why you are probably burning up the o2 sensors.

If you haven't done a tune up in a while may I suggest doing so. Champion plugs, OEM wires (or MSD), and a quality cap and rotor.

I am checking the plugs today. I had the same thought as you. They did replace the fuel pump because the pressure was low at normal driving but fine at idle. I will let ya know what i find out.

Ok, changed the plugs. They were pretty bad. Drove it 17 miles with no problems and no codes. Should i expect the engine light to come on again? Does it take awhile for it to figure out if somethings wrong? Thanks guys.

Give it a little bit of time (50 miles or so) but I can almost guarantee that was your problem without looking at your D myself since you said the plugs were all fouled up.

If I were you and this takes care of your problem I would take your receipt for the plugs to the shop you went to and see about a refund. It is ridiculous that these guys couldn't figure out your problem. I assume that they weren't trying to rip you off because if they were out to get you they would have charged for o2 sensors and replaced the plugs and you would have been none the wiser...
