If you are going to use grade 8 they need to be heat treated. Thing is if you install grade 8 they are prone to vibration breaking. Grade 8 SS is softer like grade 5 regular but.....IMHO.....should only be used in race ready. With regular bolts they oxidise to help the bolts from backing out.
