2002 4.7 2wd Durango stalling out

screw the dealer installing it, or buying it from them..... supposeldy, everything is dealer only.... i just replaced the pcm, with one from all computer resources now with a lifetime warranty for $199, and i installed it myself, no dealer involvement whatsoever.....
honestly, i think dealerships are a scam, i was given free help from this site, that was exactly what the dealer said... they went down the list, just like i did to try to nail the code..... when we said i replaced this , they went to the next sensor.....
UGH!!!!!!

Again, I am not on the CTM bandwagon. However knowing you what to do the install yourself... Great! When can I come over to use your $10,000 DRB tool to program the CTM? And the untold cost to learn how to use all the programs?
I hate the dealer too however reality comes into play sometimes.
Not typing for my health... Dealer only install.

drb scanners are only 4k, and i dont have one, but i can take stuff to a friend that is semi local that is willing to help out.. that's why it would be better to not have the vehicle.... its not really driveable at this point.... cuts off, and wont restart...... restarts whenever the hell it feels like it.... honestly, it isnt safe to drive on any open road..... and i cant just tow the damn thing everywhere.....

again...
classic symptoms of a failed CRANK POSITION SENSOR.
See post #3 4 pages ago, post #17 yesterday. Or don't. Just because it has been replaced before at home doesn't mean it was right or that the sensor was good or that something else didn't ruin it again.
I'll trade you a 1997 Explorer straight up for your troubled and demented Durango. The Explorer is guaranteed to run and start 1st time.

it isnt my vehicle it is my wife's she needs it to run... part was replaced with a new oem part, codes reset, and it came back.. wires were checked for continuity, and resistance, and came back good..
is there a procedure for actually checking the crankcase sensor? i will check the old one, and new one for specification... really doubt that is it though....

why would it be the cam sensor your getting a map tps correlation code and the ctm see's this and it commands then engine off...... the truck does not stall it is actually being turned off by the ctm when it sees the correlation code

key word is diagnosis you need to properly diagnose this problem not just ask people on the internet and never mind the dealer thay will just keep shooting parts at it cause they dont care. take it to a local shop where a technician i say technician because we are not mechanics we are automotive service technicians mechanics are in the backyard!!!! calling us mechanics is rude
